Shipping and Return Policy


Our teams strives to get your orders out as quickly as possible from our fulfillment warehouses.  All orders have a processing time of 24-72 hours. 

Domestic orders have the option of either FedEx, UPS, or USPS.  All transit times are in business days (Monday-Friday).  

All U.S Federal Holidays are observed by our team, and processing will be handled during the next business day.

Orders may be split into multiple shipments with different tracking numbers to help lower delivery times.  ShopMVG.com reserves the right to split orders as needed to ensure the quickest delivery times possible.

Please Note:  Orders may be held or cancelled if age cannot be verified via software or government issued ID.

Shipping Policy

Orders from ShopMVG.com ship from our fulfillment warehouses in California, Nevada, and Florida.  We ship to all US, APO/FPO/DPO, and US Territories' addresses, except for the following states: Utah. 

USPS First Class orders will ship out within 24-72 hours of order date, excluding weekends.  You can expect to receive your order in 4-9 business days via USPS First Class Mail. Orders over $49 qualify for our FREE USPS Shipping option.

USPS Priority Mail orders will ship out within 24-72 hours of order date, excluding weekends.  You can expect to receive your order in 2-4 business days (not including processing times.)  

FedEx 2Day orders will ship out within 24-72 hours of order date, excluding weekends.  You can expect to receive your order in 2 business days (not including processing times) - Temporarily suspended

UPS Ground orders (available for the 48 contiguous states) will ship out within 24-72 hours of order date, excluding weekends.  You can expect to receive your order depending on your location.  Please check the map below to see approximate travel times.  

Overnight Shipping orders will ship out within 24-72 hours of order date, excluding weekends.  You can expect your package in the next business day after processing.

Expedited orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12PM PST will ship out the same day.  You can expect your order 1 business day for Overnight shipping and 2 business days for 2-Day shipping, not including Saturdays.  These orders are processed via FedEx or UPS. Herbal Vaporizer products excluded.  Expedited orders are currently on hold and may be switched to the next available option.

International Shipping Policy

We ship everything to our friends all over the world (if vaping isn't banned).  Many countries can enjoy discounted flat rates on orders over $100.  For quicker processing, please use one of the cryptocurrency payment options. 

We use the following couriers for shipping internationally: USPS, FedEx, and DHL.

*Please ensure that you understand your local country's laws and policies with respect to the import of vaping products.  We are not responsible for packages caught or held at customs, or any import duties and taxes that may be incurred when importing your vape mail.  International buyers purchasing through ShopMVG.com agree that they will assume full responsibility for the purchase of any vaping supplies. In the event that a package is returned back to ShopMVG.com, we will send a full refund minus the international shipping costs.

Return Policy & Warranties

Quality customer service is paramount for us here at ShopMVG.com.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase (Returns must be unused, unopened, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). 

ShopMVG.com reserves the right to refuse items received in used condition or without the original packaging.

Contact us through info@shopmvg.com describing the reason for return in detail.  Once you receive a ticket #, you may return the item at your cost to our warehouse.  

Juices are not eligible for return for your health and safety.

Merchandise Damaged in Shipping

It is unusual to receive a damaged product from ShopMVG.com. However, in the event you do experience a problem with a shipment, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date by emailing info@shopmvg.com.  We may require you to return any unopened products to us for quality control information and will determine this once contacted.  At our discretion we may offer a replacement, a discount, a refund or an account credit to be used for a later purchase. 

Returns and Shipping Charges

Returns for refund will be processed less the original shipping and handling charges.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be sent to the provided email address once an order is 'fulfilled', which means it has been packed up and is ready to ship.  You will also be able to find this information when you log into your account.

Orders are typically sent the same day a tracking number is generated.  Don't panic if you don't see the tracking information update--scans may not be available until your package reaches the USPS sorting facility closer to its final destination.

Along the journey, the USPS may route a package incorrectly, or cause unexpected delays and error.  Shipping times via USPS are only estimates and do not provide a money-back guarantee.  In the event that you are experiencing a delay, please feel free to reach out to us.  We'll be more than happy try to find a resolution for you.

While it is unusual for a package to take longer than a week, a missing package claim will only be processed between 15-60 days after the ship date.

*If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.

Late Shipments

ShopMVG.com does not guarantee transit times and shipping fees are non-refundable.

The shipping methods listed below, however, are guaranteed directly through the shipping carrier with certain exceptions.  These exceptions are usually weather delays and failed delivery attempts.  For more information, please contact the carrier directly.  If you feel your shipment was late due to a service failure, a claim can be filed by contacting the shipping carrier:

Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:

Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.
