A bill that would ban flavored vaping products and online sales in all 50 states will come to the House floor for a vote on Thursday, Feb. 27. House bill HR 2339—the Reversing the Youth Tobacco Epidemic Act.
This bill is designed to eliminate accessibility to vaping products, making it much harder for legal aged customers who prefer to do their shopping online.
While it would leave some products from big tobacco available, very few vaping businesses will be able to operate under this bill.

The bill has 126 co-sponsors, and analysts believe HR 2339 to pass and move on to the Senate.
