As the media continues negative coverage of the vaping industry, politicians are gearing up to enact sweeping bans on flavored vaping products. New York recently issued a ban on Flavored e-cigarettes.
Sharing stories about positive experiences with vaping are one way we can help educate the general public. By taking a positive approach, we can help ward off some of the negative stigma surrounding nicotine based vaping products.
A few of the comments from our last blog entry caught our attention:
"Guys I smoked a pack of Newport a day for 30 years. I used to wake up in the morning coughing and I would spit something out and I would look at and say oh my God I was always winded I have been vaping now for three years I don’t cough I don’t spit up anything nasty anymore and I don’t get winded And feel a lot better I Stick with the name brands cut wood is my favorite I don’t do homemade ones at Vape shops Like I said I feel better and I look forward to vaping in the years to come let’s get rid of these black market Vape’s and homemade Vape’s and I think will be OK" - Sam T
"Let me start with this, I dont vape. But vaping has revolutionized smoking for people and I for one am super grateful for it. It doesnt smell, or cause second hand damage and way cleaner then cigarettes. I am thrilled there is finally a product out there that is making a difference. Cigarettes haved killed 100s of thousands of people and yet where is that ban? I can choose not even to smoke but yet get sick due to second hand smoke. And they want to ban vaping because kids are intrested? Kids have always been intrested but instead of cigarettes with hundreds of chemicals, its one with 3-4 chemicals. Hmmm, it doesnt take a rocket scientist to do the math there. I for one support the Vape industry and hope we can fight this. As with any blackmarket drug we get off the street, ummmm just say no. Duh. Thanks. Dont ruin it for the rest of us." - Jennifer A
