Here at ShopMVG.com, we pride ourselves on providing the best customer experience possible!  We regularly look at how we handle customer situations and ask the question, 'if we were in customers position, what would we like to see'?  By following the footsteps of other great customer service driven companies, the MVG team strives to follow through on our goal of 'Delivering smiles through vapes and awesomeness'.  

Our first touch point with our customers is to provide a fun and friendly atmosphere for people to shop.  We have a great website that is easy to navigate and find the items you are looking for!  We also sprinkle bits of MVG personality to keep things light during your shopping experience.

Our second point is to provide fast free shipping on all orders, all the time.  Paying for shipping sucks.  Paying for gas to go to a brick and mortar sucks.  A free shipping option is a must!  We do our best to ensure we are meeting our SLA's and getting your orders out of our doors as quickly as possible.

And, our third touch point is having a return policy that is unlike the industry standard.  Many e-cig vendors have an 'all sales are final' stance.  At most, they will exchange a defective item.  ShopMVG.com believes however, that shopping with confidence is crucial.  Things come up. We get it. You may purchase a $200 device, then suddenly life happens.  As long as you have the unit in its original packaging and is in unused condition, you can return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit.  It really is that simple.

Too expensive, takes 3 weeks to get what you ordered and I’m done with them . After receiving a disposable leaking out of its battery that never hit one time. I contacted them and was told oh we are sorry.. here is a coupon for that you can use THE NEXT TIME YOU ORDER? seriously? So basically buy something else from us and pay shipping and handling again. Or use coupon and pay shipping and handling on something you already paid for once. Heck no. Do not trust these people. There are really good, fast vape companies out there. Very disappointed because I had already use them twice before.

Very disappointed with using this website so far. I entered all my information incorrectly and paid for the item I wanted. Only to find out the item was never delivered it and returned back to the sender because my address wasn’t on the box. If I don’t get a refund or the items then I will be disputing the charge and never use this website again

I was never disappointed with MVG. But this time around is sheer hell. I bought a vape as a gift and they say it shipped days ago and one or more items may be shipped separately. Days later I get an email saying one item is missing but i can get a different one. I reach out via chat for 2 days with no answer at all and several texts that also go unanswered. I need to change to priority mail and actually will have to pay for the staffs incompetence but I cant even do that. It’s like they no longer exist. I have their phone number which rings several times b4 it tells u the number is out of order. I’m out 60 bucks so I guess I gotta stop payment at the bank because they refuse to answer or ship my order.

I’m very unhappy, due to the fact this is my second order and MVG has messed them both up. When I text with my problem, I get a lot of excuses instead of solutions. I hear a lot of, “well… This happened and that happened” I just want my juice. I’m on the verge of taking my business elsewhere.

Really really can’t understand why I am having trouble with sending emails! But I’m totally new to this way of communicating! I have a Microsoft Windows phone and it has literally been named Discombobulated by me! I’m trying to get a new phone! Until I can please help me find a way to write reviews on your site and also how to post a pic for the promotional offers you have offered to me! Love my first purchase and very much appreciate the sample of the Good Juice co Banana Berry creme that you sent me! I’m pretty good at getting the word out there for my friends and colleagues who have facebook but other than that! I’m totally lost!
